
When we embarked on the sketches for this house, our goal was to showcase that elegance can be achieved through simplicity. Every element of the house serves a clear purpose, and the architecture itself is truly breathtaking. From the moment you step into the entrance, you are greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that resonates throughout every room in the house.

The ground floor boasts a seamless flow between spaces, creating an open concept that encompasses the kitchen, dining area, and living room. Additionally, we have thoughtfully included a guest room and a bathroom on this level. Stepping through a large sliding door, you are welcomed into a modest yet beautiful backyard, providing a serene connection to nature.

Moving to the upper floor, we have designed a private and functional space. It features a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, two additional bedrooms with a shared bathroom, and a laundry room for convenience. The exterior of the house is an elegant blend of materials and colors, evoking a sense of simplicity and sophistication.

For the front facade, we have opted for earthy tones and natural hues that harmonize with the surrounding environment. The use of bricks sourced from the earth and wooden panels that reflect nature adds to the overall aesthetic. Moreover, we have incorporated white accents in the form of lines, symbolizing simplicity and, of course, elegance. 


Elegant Urban House


This twin-unit residential complex reinterprets the suburban duplex typology with a contemporary design language tailored for co-living or multi-generational use. Organized symmetrically, the architecture leverages clean volumes, bold material contrasts, and a rational spatial rhythm to deliver both aesthetic clarity and functional distinction between the units.

The façade composition emphasizes repetition and mirroring, with each unit featuring independent access, private terraces, and upper-level balconies. Vertical stone-clad elements provide a strong architectural anchor, visually dividing the units while adding texture and material richness to the elevation.

A restrained palette of neutral tones—light beige plaster, deep charcoal surfaces, and natural stone accents—blends with the surrounding greenery while articulating depth and proportion. Glass railings ensure uninterrupted sightlines and reinforce the minimalist aesthetic, while warm wooden planters and soft landscaping elements add a sense of domestic scale and livability.

Designed with privacy and comfort in mind, each home maintains its own entry sequence, outdoor garden, and shaded zones, encouraging both communal and independent living. The layout supports shared property ownership without compromising individual autonomy—an ideal model for modern co-living or extended families.

This project reflects a thoughtful approach to density, boundary, and lifestyle, offering a smart housing solution that balances visual harmony with architectural individuality.

We're excited to showcase one of our recent projects — a thoughtfully redesigned duplex in Tetovo, tailored for a family with three children. The renovation focused on transforming the upper floor into a functional and private sleeping area. Since there was no prior access to this level, we designed and built a brand-new staircase in the hallway, combining a sturdy metal structure with warm wooden steps for both durability and visual appeal.

To enhance daily living, we dedicated the lower floor to shared family spaces — including the kitchen, dining, living, and work areas. The bathroom was completely renovated, featuring soft pastel-toned Marazzi tiles that bring a calm and elegant feel.

Upstairs now serves as a cozy retreat, with a spacious master bedroom, a playful and colorful kids’ room, and a beautifully finished master bathroom. Every element was carefully considered to balance practicality, comfort, and a fresh modern aesthetic — creating a home that grows with the family.


Loft Apartment


This modern duplex residence blends refined geometry with natural textures, delivering a contemporary yet warm architectural expression tailored for suburban living. Organized over two levels, the design emphasizes clarity of form, horizontal layering, and material contrast to create a sophisticated residential language.

The bold cubic massing is softened with strategic material selections—combining crisp white stucco with dark ceramic cladding and warm wood-like textures that echo the surrounding landscape. These horizontal volumes are articulated with deep balconies and recessed voids, offering both functional shading and visual rhythm.

A distinctive design element is the cantilevered volume at the corner, enclosed in full-height glazing and framed with textured panels. This not only acts as a visual anchor but also introduces a dynamic transparency between the interior and the exterior.

Entry is celebrated with a modest yet elegant staircase leading to a defined porch framed in stone cladding. The layered façade treatment continues on all sides, with black steel railing details and soffit lighting enhancing the building’s architectural silhouette at night.

The rear and side terraces are designed to foster outdoor living, while the minimal landscape approach highlights the structure without visual clutter.

Overall, this residential project is a synthesis of form and function, where the interplay of materials, proportions, and architectural detailing create a timeless and livable home environment.

The juxtaposition of tension and relaxation, public and private, urban and suburban, presents a unique challenge when creating new living spaces on the outskirts of the city. Rather than choosing between these opposing forces, our aim is to transcend them and create a harmonious blend of the familiar and the novel, the ordinary and the extraordinary. This project successfully resolves the dilemma of "moving or improving," transforming a modest suburban residence into a modern and adaptable courtyard home.

Situated in the serene village of Xhepçishtë, on the outskirts of Tetovo, the site offers a tranquil setting for our clients. With their growing family, they desired a country-style kitchen that remains connected to the living area. To meet their needs, we devised a highly functional solution for the entire house. The basement serves as a garage and utility space, while the ground floor seamlessly integrates the kitchen, dining area, and living room, exuding an immediate sense of fluidity. Additionally, this level includes a terrace, a bathroom, and a second living room designed to accommodate guests.

Moving to the second floor, we have dedicated this space to the sleeping quarters. Here, a master bedroom with an integrated master bathroom takes center stage, accompanied by three other bedrooms, a shared bathroom, and two balconies that provide refreshing outdoor retreats.

Incorporating tactile elements into a space can profoundly influence its overall ambiance. The design of this kitchen draws inspiration from the beauty of nature, recognizing the significance of natural fibers in creating a cozy and inviting home. The wood-toned elements within the kitchen contribute to a soft, weathered appearance, making it equally suitable for a casual space or an elegant residence.

The upper part of the kitchen showcases a milky white color palette. The subtle complexity of its undertones prevents it from feeling overly stark or cold, while its lightness provides a soothing focal point for the eyes to rest upon. As always, it is the meticulous attention to detail that truly elevates a space, and the addition of a green accent in this kitchen is no exception. The calming power of green evokes a sense of restfulness and security, conjuring images of growth, rejuvenation, and tranquility found in nature's diverse spectrum of green shades. Moreover, green is known to foster a balanced mindset, enhancing one's capacity for decisiveness.

The prevalence of modern minimalism is undeniable, and it is no surprise why. This small apartment in Istanbul exemplifies this design aesthetic with its open concept living room and captivating neutral color schemes, enhanced by luxurious details. While the overall decor may seem understated, the kitchen stands out as a focal point where intricate elements come to life. Despite the limited space within the 45 m2 apartment, we maximized every inch to create an optimal kitchen layout. The L-shaped design not only met but exceeded all our customer's requirements and preferences.

We recently finalized the interior design of a bedroom tailored for a young couple. Deliberate choices in materials and color palettes were made to achieve a harmonious blend of simplicity and coziness. In keeping with the current trend in modern interior design, we incorporated a functional walk-in closet seamlessly integrated into the bedroom space.

The design of the U-shaped dressing room was meticulously crafted to maximize functionality. It features custom sliding doors tailored to precise measurements. At our firm, every project is treated as an exclusive endeavor, taking into account the unique preferences of the customer and the specific characteristics of the space. Therefore, the cost is calculated on an individual basis to ensure a personalized experience.
